Embossing Labels

Plastic labels with a knurl to facilitate their separation and with convex information

As a result of the investment project, which included the implementation of new production technology, we have introduced new, innovative products to our offer, in the form of IML labels with a knurled flap facilitating separation when applying them to injection molds, and PET labels with convex information.

Thanks to the delicate surface deformation obtained in parallel with printing, the labels are effectively distanced from each other. This makes their separation much easier in the injection process. At the same time, after the thermal treatment process that takes place in the injection mold, the distortion effect disappears without a trace and has no impact on the readability of the label in its further use.

In addition, the offered platinum stones may have convex information permanently applied to the surface (Braille or any other information expected by the customer).

It should be noted that this product meets all legal requirements regarding packaging intended for contact with food.

We would like to emphasize the innovative features of the labels we offer, i.e.:

– possibility of including convex information on the label (e.g. Braille)

– easy separation of labels in the packaging production process

– reducing raw material consumption by packaging producers (customers)

– elimination of plastic in the form of printing powder in the final product

– possibility of complete processing in the recycling process.

In addition, we provide:

– guarantee of product safety, e.g. food

– tightness of the top label

– high utility values (easy to break)

– high aesthetic values (faithful reproduction of colors and patterns)

– readability of the label

The product was introduced to the offer as a result of the implementation of the project titled: “Implementation of an innovative technology for producing knurled plastic labels”, project number POIR.03.02.02-00-1666/18, as part of the implementation of project 3.2.2 “Loan for technological innovations” from the Smart Growth Operational Program for 2014-2020, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund.
