IML Labels

We are pleased to offer you the latest generation of labels connected to the substrate using the IN-MOULD-LABELING injection method. The IML technology consists in combining the label with the packaging directly during the production process of the packaging and connecting with it in its liquid phase.

Since both the packaging and the label are made of the same material, they can be easily recycled, thus significantly reducing the amount of product fees applicable under the new Environmental Protection Act. When cooperating with some recovery organizations, these costs can be lower by even more than 30% (!). However, a label that is suitable for use in the IML process must meet many technical requirements. It must, among other things, be characterized by an appropriate level of electrostatics, heat conduction, air permeability and the necessary stiffness.

The labels we offer meet all standards required in IN MOLD LABELING technology, and the substrate used is perfectly vulcanized at very high temperatures without any side effects. At the same time, we ensure the highest quality of printing that is not subject to any damage both during the production of packaging and packaging of products at the customer’s premises.
